Shipping & Delivery

We’re an independent studio based in Sydney, Australia. Every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, AEDT/AEST).
  • Business days exclude weekends and NSW public holidays.

Domestic (Australia)

  • Carrier: Australia Post or a comparable courier — always with tracking.
  • Flat rate: AUD $10 Australia-wide.
  • Free shipping: Orders $200+ (after discounts).
  • Estimated transit: 2–6 business days for most metro areas (regional/remote may take longer).
  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Yes, we deliver to both.

International

  • Carriers: Australia Post International, DHL eCommerce, or DHL Express (service depends on destination).
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
  • Estimated transit:
    • Standard: 7–21 business days
    • Express: 3–7 business days
  • Duties & taxes: Import fees, VAT, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or under-declare values.

Tracking & Updates

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Please enter your shipping address carefully. If you need to change it, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and we’ll do our best to help.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or not being collected, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item(s) minus the original shipping cost.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you request ATL, the parcel may be left unattended and you accept liability for loss or damage after the delivery scan.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us and we’ll open an enquiry with the carrier.
  • For damage in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist.

Split Shipments

  • To reduce our footprint, we try to ship orders in one parcel. If you need part of your order sooner, contact us — additional postage may apply for split shipments.

Packaging

  • We use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible. Please reuse or recycle your mailers and tissue where facilities exist.
